BSP Home Program was created to assist investors and buyers, alike. From initial purchase and inspection, to marketing and final exit, we provide a full-service turn-key solution for assisting investors and property owners in exiting the properties. We also provide a full-service home ownership assistance program for individuals looking to buy a new home. BSP Home Program encompasses the REO Program, NPN Program, and HMA Club.

REO Program—This Program is specifically for investors and property owners whose properties do not have a current mortgage or note. Typically these properties were purchased through cash transactions through one of our many seminars. BSP will assist these owners in exiting these properties within 12 months and at full market value.

R2O Program—This Program is designed for homeowners who are having trouble selling their properties. The seller must agree to allow the buyer to move-in to the property while we place the buyer into Mortgage Approval Services. We will assist the buyer in becoming qualified to purchase the property within 12 months. During that time the seller is receiving rental payments and has a guaranteed buyer lined up. These properties can not be foreclosures or short sales at this time.

HMA Club—This Program is our home ownership assistance program. It is structured to help individuals who can not purchase a home through traditional methods. We provide Members with MA Mortgage Approval Services, market updates, and property lists. We also offer down payment and closing cost assistance through accumulated credits for on-time payments, membership fees, and enhancements made.
