BSP Real Estate was established in 2008 to facilitate all the transactions Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc does on a weekly basis. This division controls and handles all transactions for the acquisition and sales of properties, tenants, tenant-buyers, and investors. We are able to accommodate the needs of any of our clientele because of the networks and relationships we’ve developed through multiple transactions and the reputation we’ve established.

Teaming up with BSP Mortgage, we are able to know the often daily changes in the lending guidelines and stay ahead of the competition. In today’s market, it helps to know every step of the process when you’re purchasing your new home. We are able to provide these services through our parent company Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc.

BSP Real Estate offers multiple “Home Ownership Assistance Programs”, Rental Programs, and Investment Opportunities. Our insight of the lending guidelines and unique financing partners give us the opportunity to help individuals who cannot get traditional financing today.
