Currently International Investments, in partnership with BSP and specific affiliates, is executing the purchase, rehab, property management, equity distribution and sale of Bulk REO’s. These properties and projects are currently located in only a few States:

However, our opportunities are Nationwide and for this we are developing contacts, systems and ordering programs to facilitate the Millions of Dollars for properties and projects that our experience and relationships have provided us with. These REO requests are being called or emailed in daily, from and for, virtually every region in the USA. We have employed a team of former Realtors, analysts, and Property Managers to research the thousands of properties we receive and narrow them down to meet our client’s needs. We are able to provide up-to-date, accurate data that encompasses BPO’s, rental analysis, cost-to-value or LTV, and other market specific information.

We have established over 1100 contacts with heads of Banks (both public and private), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Hedge Funds, and multiple other sources. This allows us the opportunity to examine properties “before” they are broken up and disbursed to Brokers, intermediaries, or mandates. We are able to provide the best cost per transaction that is available in the market today.

Our costs range depending on region, type of properties, number of properties, rehab, etc. Typically the cost will vary from 45% to 65% of today’s BPO value.

The process is simple. You fill out our “REO Properties Form” (LOI) below and provide POF. We will use this data to target in on the specific areas, property values, etc. and within 72 hours we will provide you with a detailed database of researched properties. From there, you and our team will narrow down the properties and put together a final list. Once completed and agreed upon we can quickly close these transactions with our legal department.
