Its history began with Condo Conversions, Single Family Home Purchases and Property Management; onto entire community and developer buyouts. These opportunities provided for Industry Experience and notoriety which enabled BSP to ultimately become one of only a few Freddie Mac and Multiple Bank Vendors of Bulk REO’s; of which BSP either acquires or successfully facilitates the Sale, Property Improvement & Asset Management for the ultimate Retail Disposition of thousands of homes on a National Level.Brooke Sloane Properties’ Corporate Headquarters are located in Tampa, FL, where it’s the leadership & holding company for a vast array of multiple entities:

Its Principles are W. Mark Sanders, President, who has an MBA/JD from the University of North Carolina. His history stems back to the development of the current, direct home delivery division of Omaha Steaks International; Horizon Foods, where he was the President for twelve years. He developed this organization into a $258m entity and later sold his interest to become the President of Big Sky Beef and successfully led them through an accomplished IPO. Upon completion of the IPO, Mr. Sanders founded Brooke Sloane Properties, Inc.
