We structure our programs around the individual because each one is different. We can structure the term to cover 12 to 24 months. During that time we will take, at a minimum, 50% of your rental payments and apply that towards the principle reduction. In some cases, we can even apply 100% of your rental payments. The down payments are based on individuals and on a case by case scenario.


Our qualification process is simple. First, we want to make sure you are sincere about becoming a homeowner. We spend a lot of time and effort working with our prospective home owners and we expect the same from them in order for the program to work. Second, we want to make sure you can afford the home. Income will be one of the most important factors for us. We structure your payments so they will be the same when you are the home owner.
